Shandhani School & College

Shandhani School & College began its journey as Onnesha Biddaniketon in 1999, founded with dedication, effort, and high ambition to provide quality education. After a decade of commitment to nurturing young minds, it was renamed Shandhani School & College in 2009, marking a new era of excellence.The medium of instruction at Shandhani School & College is Bangla, ensuring that students learn in a language they are most comfortable with. The institution features three main buildings, each serving different educational levels.

Mokhlesur Rahman School & College

Our educational initiatives focus on providing access to quality learning resources and empowering students with the skills needed for a brighter future. We believe that education is the cornerstone of societal progress and strive to create opportunities for all.

Shandhani Nursing Institute

All 68 students from the first and second batches of Shandhani Nursing Institute have successfully completed their diplomas and found opportunities to serve the community. Among them, three students secured government jobs, while the others are employed in various organizations. Shandhani is pleased to report that none of its graduates have faced unemployment after passing their nursing exams. Recently, the results of the third batch of professional registration exams were announced, with 39 out of 41 students passing.

SS Hospital & Diagnostic Center

SS Hospital & Diagnostic Center is a dedicated healthcare institution committed to serving rural communities in Bangladesh. Founded with the mission to provide quality healthcare services to these areas, our hospital offers essential medical care, preventive health services, and community health education to enhance overall health outcomes.

Karamdi Purbopara Govt. Primary School Scholarship Offering Project

Lessons at Karamdi Purbo Para Primary School have long been disrupted due to a shortage of teachers. To address this issue, Shandhani Shangstha took the initiative to employ two teachers.

Nutrition & Rehabilitation Project

Malnutrition is a severe issue in Bangladesh, particularly in rural areas. Students in these regions often drop out of school due to financial hardships

Women Empowerment Project

Sewing has been promoted as a means of empowering underprivileged women, helping them become self-reliant and self-employed. In the workplace, many women face significant challenges, particularly widows and divorcees who often become burdens to their families and society. However, with proper support, these women can achieve independence.

Poverty Alleviation Project

The Poverty Alleviation Project is devoted to advancing socio-economic development for beggars, the helpless, and the landless

Sanitation & Drinkable Water Project

Among the various projects implemented by Shandhani Shangstha, sanitary latrines were provided to 100 poor families in 2009 with the financial support of the Bangladesh NGO Foundation.

Shandhani Information Center

Collecting and supplying information is a driving force for progress. However, even in the age of information technology, students, youth, and common people in rural areas of Bangladesh are often deprived of this opportunity.
